Meryl Smith

"What are the names of those little Gwen Stefani girls? Love, Clouds, Music, and Vibes? I think she owns those girls."

Feelings Vs. Facts

I only get tattoos because it feels so good. I'm serious. Scott could've kept going for days.

I just got something I had a little jazzed out. The whole point to the blank banner is that my friends can write different things inside. One day I'll get it filled but until then, fasten your thinking cap!

Last night we had a little MAFIA sesh. Chelsea and Darren and Sam were there.

Ivan was there too.

The train ride home was there.

I'm starting a band called Anxiety Attack.

Baby D!

Emily and Gavin welcomed Duncan Whitethunder into the world last week. Those two are like my parents sometimes, so I guess you can say they have 3 kids now. I always wanted a brother...

Sophie is a little freaked but she doesn't really know it.

Maybe it's because I asked her to step out of the frame.

I go over there and hang for hours. Uh oh, I'm on facebook. Busted!

Babies are boring. We made do.

This Is How We Do It

I think Judi Rosen is so beautiful.

Penry and Boner.

I sold my old clothes with this crew of bugaboo's:

"Smile for the camera!" "I'm having soooo much fun!"

Jen and Terry and Jared and Tara took me to see Stepbro's. Jen looks like a cartoon with those lashes. My God.

"Party!"

Stepbrothers offered hilarity albeit a wee long.
"What a super fun weekend this is!"

WARNING: Ween.

I went to see Ween at the pool. That's what the kids are calling it these days. "The Pool." Ween played for 8 million years it was awesome.

Merks is my best friend.

Sam Brown is gigantic.

Tim Hawkey once gave me advice on a rooftop.

He went to high school with Merks.

And you know there's a God when the brothers Kenney exist.

Overall I declare this night to be: different. I'd write more about the set list and shit but I'm too busy turning cursive letters into knives. You don't care anyway.

Viva La Radio

I did street carnage radio with Ted and Gavin. It was awesome, should be up soon. I took this video but Ted thought I was just taking a picture...

In this one, Gavin thought it was just a picture, but Ted knew it was a video.

I djed a 90s set to promote LOSER.

Gavin has this theory that you can find anyone's boobs on the internet. We tried looking for mine and realized his theory was wrong. Here's to making it right.

Revolution Summer

Today I woke up sort of early and got a bagel from Russ & Daughters.
(Everything with caviar cream cheese-yum!).
I got on the F train and went to Brighton Beach with Merks.
I read comics at the beach.
Now I'm home and eating cheeseballs and drinking spicy-lemonade.
Tonight I'm going to see Love As Laughter.

Kind of a best day ever!

Last Days of Judi

Judi Rosen closed the doors of her store, The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly after a million years of being a legendary place to get high-waisted jeans, the occasional dime bag of pot, and party 'til our brains hit the wall (lest we forgot the infamous acid-infused cupcake night?). Yesterday she hosted the last party ever, a 24 hour BBQ-A-Thon. I will miss The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly, and years from now when we're all too old to wear short-shorts and sit around and do nothing for hours, we will remember this day fondly.

Do I Smash The Mirror?

If you're in the mood to cry on a wet hot American rainy afternoon...

If the story of Annie Sullivan teaching Helen Keller what an apple is doesn't move you to tears, then forget you! (That poster is scawy).

Maybe Helen and Tommy would've made a good couple.

He had bigger plans.
